Note (binding): Pozdně gotická vazba tepelského původu. Dřevěné desky potažené tmavou kůží, zdobené slepotiskem s ornamentálními a rostlinnými motivy. Na přední desce zbytek štítku. Dochovány dvě měděné tepané háčkové spony v kožených úponech, stopy po rohových a středových puklách. Na hřbetu nalepena kůže. Na hlavici hřbetu nadepsán zkrácený titul, uprostřed původní klášterní signatura III.Z.? a na patě hřbetu část původní klášterní signatury A 22. Ve vazbě pergamenové fragmenty.
